Have you looked at the latest SE? I'm not sure what your needs are but I'm still using the 2020 SE (I think the latest is 2022 now) and it's been great. Might save you a good deal of money over a 13.

 

Looked it up. Looks like the camera isn’t as great, and I’m kinda over always having a shitty camera. I’ll have to see what the Apple Store has. I know someone who works for Apple (not the store but like on their engineering team or something like that) and said the 13 was pretty good. I’m willing to spend a little bit more if it means my phone will last longer in the upcoming years with all their updates. I’m just trying to not to spend 1200 on a phone haha. Originally I planned a head for the 13 mini and bought a case and privacy screen, but Amazon kept sending me the wrong one. So now I’m considering something different since I have to return the case again anyway, and will return the privacy screen at the same time lol
