Does the new song drop early if I switch my VPN to Australia?

 

Only if they haven’t set it up for a world premiere at the same time everywhere

 

imagine TBS has secretly been releasing new music in australia only for the last 7 years

 

And yeah considering they haven’t released anything as part of an album in 7 years, and knowing today’s landscape with stuff like streaming and playlists, it wouldn’t surprise me if we only get an album announcement later in the year. They have to build some momentum first.

Just hope it still gets released this year and it’s not the start of a super long rollout. I don’t know how things are going with vinyl delays at the moment though.

If Adam didn't sing the way he does on most of this song, I might like it more. But that was pretty rough haha. Not a great start at all to a long awaited new era for the band, in myyyyy opinion.

 

it’s a shame the songwriting for the fazzi songs is largely terrible bc he’s probably the most talented person to have been in the band. wasn’t really rocking with jumping around the studio albums but the orensanz cuts were decent

 

I actually really dig this song, Adam's voice doesn't bother me at all. Best song they've made since Happiness Is

 

this is pretty much just an okay Killers song lol. don't like the weird filter on their voices or the abrupt ending, feels like it needed a bridge or something. wouldn't put it above a single song on TW or even the new ones on Twenty

 

Eh I disagree, waaaay better than TW other than maybe Homecoming

 

Song is good, doesn't blow me away but I can see it growing on me quite a bit

 

I enjoy it. Want to listen to it in better qualify to really take it in.

 

How’s John Nolan’s modern solo stuff? I initially passed because Straylight was hit or miss to me, personally, but I’m kinda curious now.

 

i've never really been able to get into his solo stuff, personally.

 

Yeah some of the solo stuff he’s done hasn’t been my cup of tea, including the stuff he did with his wife.

but I did kind of like this song:

 

Abendigo is pretty good, the song “Anything You Want” would have made a really good TBS song actually
