I always forget that the going rate for even a moderately serviceable WR2/WR3 type guy is now $10mil/yr (funny enough, the Pats signing Agholor helped set that market)...it just seems like such a mid-level NBA overpay situation. Guaranteeing 2yrs of contract to a now 30yr old WR who's never had a single healthy season...

Guessing it drops his cap number this year, puts next year fully guaranteed with a higher number thats a roster bonus they convert to a signing bonus.
