I even remember one year I couldn’t afford to go so I signed up for some record label street team(I think fearless?) and they gave me a free ticket and like all access and whatever and I don’t even remembering even doing anything for them lol

 

Warped Tour 08 was one of my last Warped (just grew out of it). Was a great lineup in NY for that year though: Coheed And Cambria, Against Me, Anberlin, Angels and Airwaves, Ludo, The Academy Is, Cobra Starship, Set Your Goals, Story Of The Year, Say Anything, All Time Low (who oddly still played on a side stage even though they were set to headline 2-3k capacity venues in the fall). We The Kings played but I still think they suck.

 

TIL two of the best days of my life are on July 3rd.... 2002: First Warped Tour (Chula Vista), 2010: Wedding day

 

Only warped I attended was 2013 when I caught a merch gig for B9 from this forum lol.

the b9 guy was a dick, but the ticket was free, so not a bad day.

 

My first Warped was 2011, so I’m envious of everyone that got to see the cool lineups from the early-late 2000s.

That being said, my favorite Warped was 2016. Front row for LTJ and Sum 41. Tons of other rad bands. And I got to meet NFG which was definitely a highlight of my life. Chad said he recognized me from the crowd earlier and loved how bananas I was going the whole time. Also a highlight of my life.

 

Went to Warped 2006-2009 and 2013-2017. 2008 was definitely my favorite year. Went with a bunch of college friends during summer break. I saw Anberlin, Relient K, Story of The Year, A Day To Remember, Set Your Goals, Broadway Calls, MC Chris, Motion City Soundtrack, Street Dogs and Rise Against all in one day. Still one of the best days of my life haha

 

Went to Warped every year from 2009-2018, and went to two dates in 2015 and 2018. Warped 2010 in Detroit is still one of the best shows I ever went to, and shout out to Warped 2018 in Cleveland where I got to sing on stage with The Maine.

 

Warped 2005 - 2018 for me and went to the Atlantic City anniversary show in 2019. For all the problems Warped had it was a large part of my identity. I was emotional walking out of my final date in 2018 despite being nearly 30. 2012 and 2016 were my favourites. I did not appreciate the early lineups I went to enough.

 

I went every year 2002-2018, in 2011 I got to work a week on the tour, and then attended multiple dates from every year on. Def get you on being emotional when it was over. Made my now wife go with me on 2017-2018 just to meet some of the people I met on the tour and be with me on that last year.

Very first warped tour band I saw was Skycamefalling in Camden, last warped tour band was Silverstein in 2018 in Scranton

Went to warped 04-07, after that stretch the lineups for my dates were never deep enough to feel worthwhile, so I started checking out other festivals instead.

In 06 or 07 warped ran a contest where you could register and get a personalized link for tickets, and your reward was tied to however many people bought tickets through your link. I posted the link on absolutepunk and ended up winning free passes with backstage access and the ability to watched sets from the side of the stage.

 

Jealous of everybody in here. I was only able to travel for Warped 2018 but I had a blast!

 

Went to warped every year from 07 through the end. Always had a good time.

 

First warped was 2012 and saw taking back Sunday and every time I die and title fight. Solid time.

I sold merch for the chariot on the 2013 warped and it was the hardest I’ve worked physically in my life

 

one year I passed out at warped tour and I was underage and they couldn’t get in contact with my parents so they sent me to the hospital

I came out of warped tour with like a 3k bill and that didn’t even include merch

 

Discovered the Warped Tour comps in 2005 and bought them every year after (eventually collected every year before) which may have been the single most important entity in the development of my musical taste, but didn't attent my first Warped Tour until 2016 in Pomona. Went back to SoCal for two shows in 2018, and went the 25th anniversary West coast event in 2019. Great days all around.

Really miss Warped Tour I went from 08-2018. If it was still around you could have bands like Bad Omens, Spiritbox, Chase Atlantic on the main stages and sell extremely well

I think I went 06-09 for Warped. I can still smell the crowds vividly, though.
