I'm all caught up on From. Even though the show isn't all that good, I need to know how it ends.

 

I dunno, it's not bad. Some pretty wooden performances, but I think I enjoyed it more than I did yellowjackets this season as a whole.

Love that Maisie Richardson-Sellers is starting to pop up more. She’s fantastic.

Also gotta wonder if anyone involved would ever try to do another Looking special since Jon Groff and Murray Bartlett are so popular right now. I think they closed out the story in a satisfying way but I also wouldn’t hate seeing those characters again

 

Uhh why does Max only have the last two seasons of Last Week Tonight despite being an HBO Original?

 

Rewatched Teen Titans Go! vs Teen Titans yesterday, it's so fun, I feel like I paused every few minutes just to try to catch everything
Now watching Teen Titans Go! & DC Superhero Girls, a third of the way through so far, it's mostly the Superhero Girls and they haven't even crossed over yet, the Titans even joke about it haha
I loved the og Teen Titans show but never really got into Go!, they do have some great films, tho

the fuck is the point of dumping a bunch of money into shows and then nuking them off your platform? They aren't shows I'd watch personally, but just looking at those cancelled paramount shows, some of them had seasons that came out THIS MONTH and they're being taken down already. Such a gross practice that is becoming more and more common.

 

how many of those shows are suddenly going to end up on tubi or whatever those channels are with ads also

There's so many damn shows that no one's watching these and they decided it's not worth the cost to keep them up. Shitty, definitely where the industry is at though

 

Oh yeah I figured that much. The same excuse Discovery/HBO Max had when they did it with Batgirl and a bunch of animated shows but still a very scummy thing to do either way.
