More of a question today. He asked if he could be dark meta knight when we play Kirby star allies today.

First and only! Was looking into getting a second kit last year that would have been some type of metal material as opposed to wood. Unfortunately, I hydroplaned and had to buy a new car sooner than expected. Fortunately, I sustained zero injuries.

With that said, happy with where the kit is at. I always want to try new cymbals, but I largely happy with the ones I’ve got. Otherwise, I’m just interested in experimenting with different drum heads.

I want drums

 

Always in apartments though. Idk if I'd like electronic drums. Is it similar feel wise to like piano vs. keyboard? Cause I hate keyboards

 

To me, it’s weird to place on electronic kits. It just doesn’t feel the same. Obviously, they’re smaller, but you also can’t replace the feeling you get to hit the drums. The give and take is much different.

However, I know there are companies that have made drum kits and cymbals specifically designed to be significantly quieter and they actually looking like drum kits and cymbals. I’ve never gotten to play on one of the kits yet, but I’ve seen the cymbals around. They’re neat

 

Yeah that's my concern, the artificial feeling is too much for me.

 

Electronic kits can be very expensive too. I told myself if I was going to shell out money for an electronic kit, I might as well use that money on a new instrument to teach myself

Oddly enough, keyboard is my next interest

I'll just say having a child is such a joy. I get the world is facing impending doom but I'll enjoy it while we are here lol.
