ultimately i think he gets tagged but i don't think he's the kind of guy to sit out and make a scene about it. if this is his last year on the team, him playing with a chip on his shoulder to earn a contract can't be a bad thing.

it’s actually fun af because of how much everyone has to compensate for the sand. I mean it’s a really good workout but it’s also just hilarious when people mess up

 

This is probably what every team says about the players they franchise tag before they suffer a season-ending injury that throws off the trajectory of the rest of their careers

 

growing up in florida isn’t an excuse lol. i lived in florida 7 years and another 3 in one of the few places in the country more humid and hot than florida. being exposed to that heat all the time only makes pumping the AC more of a necessity

 

throwing a frisbee, playing volleyball, or tossing a football do not require the running and constant motion soccer does, in the SAND lol - if youre just kicking a ball around thats different but you said playing soccer so i assumed its a whole ass game.

by all means, if youve got the endurance and stamina for it, good for you lol

 

every place I’ve ever been, the AC on 68 feels like a refrigerator to me.

like if it’s naturally 68 and you have the AC off that’s one thing, but setting the AC to 68 is a different thing entirely

 

hes already had like 3 of those injuries lol

 

I feel like your comfort with specific temperatures has to do with where you were raised at an early age. Like someone who wasn’t born in Florida would probably NEVER get used to that heat and humidity the way that I am haha

 

I mean it’s exhausting yeah haha but the silliness of trying to play soccer in the sand still makes it fun for while. Then when you get tired you go in the water to cool off and maybe go take a nap under some shade lol

 

Idk 68 on the a/c feels like heaven to me lol anything over like 71 and I'm sweating

Idk man I grew up in El Paso and never felt comfortable in the 95-105 degree weather lol shit was felt like ass then and it still feels like ass now

 

Playing soccer on the beach is hella fun lol it's not hella fun when people in the group take it super serious tho lol

Personally I think there's a big difference if I'm in the sun, but I generally run hot so that might just be me lol

My mom was born in El Paso and my dad is from the Middle East so theoretically I should be built for the heat lmao
