I mean yeah. Might be more, 200k+ wouldn’t surprise me. It’s 3 miles long lmao and it is arguably the biggest event of every NASCAR season aside from maybe Talladega. To fit every southeastern US redneck who wants to take a Florida beach vacation and see the BIG RACE that only happens once a season, it’s gotta be one of the highest capacity venues for any spectacle. It’s the Glastonbury of sports lol (er, “sports”)

 

Daytona is also a haven for white nationalist bikers so that demographic of people can pretty much kill two birds with one stone lmaoooo

 

Okay maybe it’s not the Glastonbury lol. That’s the Monaco Grand Prix. Most of downtown Monaco just sits empty most of the year because the entire driving force of its tourism-dependent economy is that race. The race track zig zags right through downtown and (very rich) people watch from their hotel windows. So ultimately multiple skyscrapers worth of viewers is probably a lot bigger than a NASCAR track lol
