I guess Black Country, New Road, black midi, other post-punk acts with yelped vocals, jazzy tones and odd time signatures

What a cool album. Saw them live last year and it was a highlight of my festival experience then

Siphon Song is the one for me. Wow.

 

Some of the bass on this record reminds me of Amputechture by The Mars Volta. Especially the last song on this.

First listens was pretty good. Green Light and Swing got me going the most.

 

Solid album, not really doing anything new for them that I can hear but still one of the better newfangled hype UK postpunk bands
