I was not in school (because my life was Not Good and I wasn’t enrolled in school) but I remember going to a convenience store with my parents and seeing the clerk watching the news on a little tv on the counter. Don’t remember my parents being particularly concerned.

My computer teacher told us what happened on 9/11 but she said it in this weird kinda sarcastic way and it’s always stuck it my head like “guysss you are not going to believe this but”

I have very vivid memories of that day for obviously bad reasons. lost a family member that day and my dad was working in downtown at the time and we didnt hear from him for a while but fortunately was OK but like, as an 8th grader i was mostly annoyed that i couldnt play tony hawk 3 after school bc my mom was hogging the tv.
