33 that I’ve paid for in 2023. Have quite a few preorders from 2022 that are still trickling in though so it feels like more

Ooo where’d you find that NFG?

 

A guy that my best buds knew back in the day. He's been selling off lps for the last few years. He had a lot of white whales but he's sold most of them off. He's been holding NFG and the Swellers LPs for months for me.

I will say I got NFG at basically a steal and hes holding From the Screen to Your Stereo for me.

within the 2023 calendar year, i believe i've "purchased" 28, excluding preorders i made last year that came in this year.

 

A lot were gifts, yay birthday!, yay Valentine’s Day! but I’ve added 71 records to my collection in 2023.

unsure how many preorders still out there

now I wish I didn’t know, gotta pump the brakes a bit, but there were so many great reissues or first time presses that I wanted so far this year

I’m still hoping for an ocean Avenue repress and a blink repress for the 20 anniversaries. Maybe the long rumored catalyst finally comes too?

 

Catalyst is def coming.

I slowed down a little bit when I realized that one $30 record a week over the course of 2-3 years is basically the crazy expensive headset Apple just announced.

 

No idea how many I have purchased this year but I’m probably gonna sell some old ones in the next month or so
