Instead of a big, sweeping forgiveness plan they need to just do a bunch of those smaller, more-targeted ones that happen every few months and just keep going in ways that encompass everybody.

Or just call it an anti-woke debt forgiveness plan and say that people shouldn't have to continue to pay for being infected with the woke mind virus from these liberal institutions.

 

I actually heard a good point that they should be selling this loan forgiveness as its being caused by the repayment plan changes which will lessen the interest impact for new loan holders going forward. While old loan holders had to eat that extra interest thus in my thought process a sellable reason for giving forgiveness to folks though I do not need to be sold on the idea of it.

 

They also shouldn't have delayed it and made people apply for it. They should've just done it, before even announcing it. Guess what!? $10k to $20k of your student loans are gone thanks to Uncle Joe! Makes it a lot harder for the courts to take it away.

I missed the discourse on what happened with Paramore recently; what's the TL:DR?

 

For anyone curious-HVAC guy at my house today. Re: IRA Heat pump rebates...he said the state is predicting they won't have those up and running until like Q3 2024 at the earliest lol. Basically said the amount of shit the state has to get done re: paperwork and red tape and all that to administer the program, combined with state governments generally sucking and moving at a snails pace, means it's taking them forever to actually get the program up and running. Sucks. Apparently there are smaller state and older federal rebates available, and tax credits from both the IRA nd the state and etc....but still woulda been nice to get that big ole IRA rebate. Reallllllly wanna go heat pump but it's gonna come down to price without that big rebate now.

Edit: Fun fact, the research I've been doing trying to find different programs and such led me to the fact that the FedGov has "Weatherization Assistance Program", complete with this website: Weatherization Assistance Program that has what has, thanks to Cardi B, fun acronyms on it like "WAP monitoring"

 

It's more directed at the Gen Z House member from Florida who rocked out on stage with Paramore the other night. It's suggesting since he voted for the debt ceiling raise, he's restarting student loan payments and cutting social spending. It's kinda dumb.

The Israel stuff is legit though from what I remember. He's from Florida, lots of jews that tend to be more conservative these days, so, Yay Israel stuff I think he's said.
