Stoked to see these guys again tonight!

 

That show is gonna be insane.

 

The most tame experience seeing Turnstile, opening for Blink. Loved seeing them, but dang crowd goes mild. All the seated people were seated the entire time.

 

Surprised no one’s mentioned it yet, but episode 4 of the new season of I Think You Should Leave has a skit called Shirt Brother that includes a new “Turnstile” song. It’s borderline too real sounding for just a skit. Would be an insane way to announce new material.

I brought it up in the ITYSL thread, as I immediately Shazam'd the song and it actually knew what it was.

Sounds like Turnstile doing their best impression of a “good” Blink song. Wonder if there’s some collaboration going on while they tour

 

Ngl I really don’t hear the blink comparison at all

 

Replace the “everything you know” line with the “I don’t wanna know, i don’t wanna know” line from Go and you’ve got one of the like three parts of the clip that sound like a blink tune (in the best way)

 

Idk. I told someone about this song and said

it’s not hardcore but it’s still very much Turnstile

 

sounds very TOYPAJ to me, would fit right with Roller Coaster and Every Time I Look For You. And in general it's a good song and doesn't feel super out out of line with a bunch of glow on imo

 

The song fucking rips. Doesn’t have to have blast beats to be a ripper.
