I don't know who the alternative is that could beat him, but it's insanity to me that there are people who are such staunch republicans that they'd vote for Trump again. At what point do reasonable people break party lines and just vote for ANYONE else? I know so many seemingly logical and smart people who would vote for Trump just because he's the 'republican candidate'. It's pure craziness we're at that point.

 

as someone that lives in a state that literally hasn't seen a single county vote for a democratic presidential candidate since 1964, people just vote on party lines dude, idk what to tell you

Republican policies are often sexist, racist, and xenophobic so I’m not sure why I would expect them to not for for their candidate just because he’s not subtle about being those things.

Obviously, it comes down to how you define bad. For me, bad people far and away outnumber good people.
