If you give me turnstile, Tyler(obviously), Baby Keem/Kendrick, Kali Uchis and Vince staple and maybe Kevin Abstract.

Just those 6 only could be worth the $300 price.

Tyler bringing Turnstile out for his next album tour makes a lot of sense to me

I feel like a Tyler/ Post Malone / Turnstile/ Drain tour is the most realistic path to hardcore becoming a massive mainstream genre a la mall emo in 2007 or grunge in 91

Didn't Turnstile play Camp Flog Gnaw once already a while back? Definitely makes sense for them to play it again and/or tour with Tyler.

I mean they already did 4K-7k venues on the last headliner and sold pretty much that whole tour out.

Sky’s the limit honestly, we’ve never seen a band like Turnstile.

That is the 3rd time I had tickets to see them and they cancel. At least I got a refund for the first one as it was weeks in advance (last time was just a few hours before the show). I even sold my ticket to the Thrice AITA show which sold out in minutes :-/

I hope he gets better, it probably sucks for him much more than the inconvenience it caused me

Agreed - Rage Against The Machine could be a decent comp but the mainstream is likely a lot less receptive to a band with that sound than they were in the mid-90s

If that new Turnstile is any indication then get ready for the crossover. New song sounds like Blink.

maybe they go full blink and get multiple singles picked up on radio and become a big radio rock band. That'll get them to amphitheaters.

are we still lucky to be here? Prestigious

Turnstile should tour with Big Cheese or Chubby and the Gang since Meg's playing with them now...all I have to contribute to this other than this Turnstile discourse is starting to get to Weezer levels for me in this thread.

Oh 100%. In the past few years, they've played Coachella, This is Hardcore, Made in America, Warped Tour, Rolling Loud, and Camp Flog Gnaw. There aren't many bands with that much versatility.

Yup. Rage was the band I used as a comparison point to my brother when heading to the blink show last month.

Do I see them hitting the mainstream like rock bands could and regularly did prior to the 2010s? It’d be cool if they did.

They sold out a 6K venue in NYC 8 months ago, & they're way bigger than they were in October. Also, it was high 40s, low 50s & pouring rain, & the venue was PACKED. I sold my ticket day of cause FUCK THAT I'm not standing in cold rain for anyone. But there were 6 thousand people who wanted to do that. I wouldn't bet against them, they're insanely huge & getting bigger every day
