I saw that while I was there! I turned to my friend like no way did they screw up the name lmao

 

I coolest thing about the festival was after a band played and you were hot and sweaty you could go down by the water and instantly cool off.

 

Haha damn seems very likely we were probably feet away from one another at some point

I agree. I think they will after they saw the crowds bands Knocked Loose and Incendiary drew

I've seen blink several times over the last 20 years, with Tom & Skiba, & they've never sounded better than they did this weekend. This fest wasn't perfect, but I feel validated in my decision to do it over Riot this year. 2 days really kicked my ass, 3 might not be doable for me in the future. There was a good crowd for a lot of the hardcore bands, Incendiary was one of my fav sets of the weekend. Someone mentioned food being good, I don't eat meat, & there were plenty of fast options that were really good for me. I got some Korean tacos with tofu & it was one of the better things I've eaten at a fest

 

Had a great time this weekend. Highlights: Blink, Pup, Movielife, Incendiary, Drug Church, Paramore and TFB

The sand was no joke so exhausted from walking through it still lol

 

Would you do VIP again?

Adjacent Music Festival 2023 Post Festival Survey

 

It would be awesome to see the Souls do it, was thinking that the whole time I was there but I don't think they'd sacrifice stoked for the summer for it. Would love to be wrong though!

Great point about Stoked... I could see them doing it and maybe just announcing Stoked a little later than usual or something. There would definitely be a way to make it work (e.g., a unique radius clause or something).

I’ve heard something but nothing in terms of bands. I’m just glad we can have something stable in the tri-state area finally! And yes I do imagine they will look for weekends other than MDW.
