Fuuuuuuck... should I be the first negative post in here or just let you guys be?

Easily my least favorite season on first watch unfortunately, way more hit or miss than usual. I know screaming has always been a big part of this show but for some reason it didn't hit for me like it usually does for a lot of the runtime, it felt like they just started using it as a crutch.
Not to say I didn't still laugh out loud multiple times, the Tim Meadows sketch was easily my favorite, I love him so much. Anything with Sam Richardson was great too, and the drivethru and zipline

 

another great batch of episodes.

Will Forte and Connor O'Malley just kill me with every line and instantly knew that was a Turnstile song in episode 4. can't wait to watch again.

It was good, I think if anything this show suffers from higher expectations

some of this shit is so insane, definitely some classics in this batch

 

I think this is more consistent than season 2. I love season 2 now but it took me a minute to warm up to some of them. This is the first season for me that doesn’t taper off too much the last episode.

 

The opening office sketch in Ep 5 is the hardest I’ve ever laughed during this show

Kinda feel the same way but I also feel like I thought the same thing after season 2 and that opinion aged fast

 

Yea I feel like season 2 kind of seemed just fine immediately after first watch, but I almost definitely like it best now. I can say for sure I didn’t finish that watch and think “They’re saying coffin flop’s not a show” was an all time line but it’s an all time line and that probably applied to like half the season. First watch here I didn’t feel like there was a sloppy steaks or karl havoc level quotable classic but that’s almost certainly wrong. The show almost leads itself to the opposite of recency bias

 

I’m riding the high of new ITYSL too much to be all that critical right now lol. Granted I’ve only seen three episodes but the only complete flop for me so far has been the Patti Harrison rat one

 

Thought this was extremely funny, hit after hit

Episode 2 was just nonstop bangers

 

I think Richard Brecky might be the hardest i've laughed from this show outside Coffin Flop.

I would say both seasons 2 and 3 were underwhelming for me until I got the chance to watch them with my friends and see which quotes enter the lexicon. Excited for this one to grow on me, although I did love a lot of it already!
