On the topic of food: people talk shit on Albuquerque for being a shit city or whatever (not directed at anyone here) but they have an incredible food scene imo. So many of the places do “NM fusion” which is basically just putting green or red chile on everything and it’s so good

There’s this Indian food truck that has these Tikka fries that are unreal- Crispy Fries loaded w/ Chicken, Hot Green Chile Queso, Garlic Cream Sauce, Red Chile Chutney, Tikka Sauce, Pico, C-GO(Cilantro-Green Onion), and Green Chile

 

ABQ is dope.

 

Yeah I’ll be honest, I probably never would have visited here if we didn’t have family in ABQ, just because we just have so many other places we want to visit, but the food is SO good. It being driving distance from us helps too
