My brothers-in-law and I went to a dive on Saturday and one of them accidentally spilled a tiny bit of beer on this total loser and the guy overreacted so much and when my BIL offered to buy him a drink he ordered a double Screwball and then got called up to do karaoke and did "She Hates Me" by Puddle of Mudd.

 

One time I bumped into someone at an emo night and spilled some of their drink. I apologized and offered to get them a drink. This girl just stared at me, took my drink and turned it upside down lol. At that point I just walked away.

People should not go to one of those events if you're that worried about getting accidentally bumped into. And people just not to be more relaxed in general if someone obviously didn't try to do it.
