Have you revisited yet at all? I totally get that it's too long and bloated, but the highs are really some of his best stuff. Tele Couleur and Rabbit Stew are awesome, Superwoman is amazing and unexpected. I still really dig Mr. Police. Pit Stop....

anyway, I do think that as a whole album it's not quite there, but it keeps me excited for what's next. He has a sort of musical range that I don't feel like I see in a lot of artists these days. He isn't hitting 100% of the time, but it's all really interesting to me.

 

Yeah I really like F65 but I'm also not quite sure I understand what the concept is meant to be, or at least the continuous racing motif

 

I thought it was soccer commentary at first, so that's how much I know about racing

I’m posting this here because this K-Pop group likes to do cyphers over hip hop beats and stuff and the writing group behind these girls is crazy because this cypher included a bunch of 90’s/2000’s hip hop references and it had me geeking.

they mentioned Luniz, Bones N Harmony, Beanie Siegel and Souls of Mischief.

 

I don’t know what’s with me this year but not many albums have truly kept my attention that long. I have went back to Simple more than I have this project.

I didn’t care for that last McKinley Dixon record really at all but I fucking loved this new one. Run Run Run hook is incredible. Tyler Forever is fun but that back half took it sky high

I looked them up and I think they’re a J-Pop group, not K-Pop

 

I have heard the term global group so I think I’m just going to start using that. I think generally people associate them with kpop just because that’s where they do all their promoting but from the way the producer wants them to go it sounds like it leads more towards a global style.
