I highly doubt it. I'm assuming it's some injury that just requires some rest as opposed to surgery and they have started being extra cautious with these sort of injuries, not asking talent to push it too far. It's exactly what happened with Sasha, though there was a little bit more confusion with how serious her injury was at first.
