Creed Humphrey is so good though.

 

I do give Philly a ton of credit for having a certain soul/passion that most cities don’t have. Overall it’s a culturally brilliant city.

you’ve known me to characterize players by skillsets and not necessarily by legacy though. In my life I’ve seen QBs slightly one-upping the last super efficient guy… and then theres Mahomes, frequently doing things that I’ve never seen a guy do before. That holds a lot of weight to me, and now that he essentially repeated his eye popping 2020 season it’s got me thinking he’s gonna end up in the GOAT conversation. Perhaps I came across overconfident in declaring it rather than suggesting it - and that’s my fault for often using language that’s stronger than the meaning I want to convey.

I’m never afraid to be wrong or change my mind later, but as of right now, football discussions are more about fun for me than pure objectivity and my very objective eye test (lol) tells me Mahomes is the most shockingly gifted quarterback I’ve ever seen.
