I feel like this season has meh players but really good characters.

 

i love this season so far

 

It’s okay so far. Just feels like such a letdown after watching Australian Survivor lol

 

That’s what I’m saying. It’s like polar opposites coming off the high of watching the Aussie season.

 

Sorry for more babbling about super old seasons.

Rewatching Palau and more so just listening as it’s background noise and the first few episodes of this season Jeff sounds so bored during the challenges. Not sure when he ramps it up and becomes the Jeff we’re all accustomed to but it’s certainly not season 10! Was interesting to see him get more personality in season 1 as it went along. Gonna have to Wikipedia him to see what he did before Survivor (if anything).

Another thing I’ve noticed when using Survivor more as background noise is how in the later seasons Jeff basically just repeats the same 5-10 phrases over and over again lol. Kind of surprised he does it because his personality strikes me as someone who would get bored with being so repetitive. But maybe that’s why he has so much sass during the challenges lol

Have also noticed that sometimes Jeff sounds creepy as shit when he says, “wanna know what you’re playing for?????” and almost at times has like a Joker “wanna know how I got these scars??” vibe / raspiness in his voice but maybe that’s just me

 

That burp was a top 10 moment of all time

 

Caroline is an amazing character. I hope she comes back.

 

Carolyn/Yam Yam or bust

 

or Carson. Any of those three is a good winner

 

One of those three is 100% going to win.

 

No way it's 100%. The 41-44 winners all were not who we expected, and did not play the best games, it all came down to jury management. One of the other two could still easily win

 

the only person left that i don't really connect with is heidi. i'm good w/ any of the others winning.

The one who always wears the silly hats and the popular catchphrase "Jamie gonna win!!!"

 

Catching up on season 44.

Carolyn is one of the most annoying characters I have ever seen on any show lol. Like, everything about her is nails on a chalkboard for me - voice, loudness, comments, attitude (most of the time), etc. I’m only 8 episodes in so no idea her outcome or how long she lasts and I get some may want to keep her around as a goat since I don’t think she’d get votes but my god I could not tolerate her in any setting let alone on an island lol.

Would not be surprised if they revealed that she was Debbie’s daughter, see a lot of similarities between them

 

Carolyn is amazing

na carolyn is the one of the best castings this show has had in a while.

 

I will say as far as who to watch on a show, I would take Carolyn 100 out of 100 times vs the bland personalities of a Danny or Brandon character. I don’t like Carolyn, but she is much more memorable and fun/annoying to watch vs a Brandon or Danny who I will never remember lol

 

Carolyn absolutely rules. Would instantly be a top 3 winner if she wins. She’s really the only person who’s truly stood out in the last, like, ten seasons of this show.
