I've been listening to a tonne of Slug recently and man that dude was on an absolutely historic run from 1997 to like 2009. not only Atmosphere but the Dynospectrum, Deep Puddle and all three Felt albums were fucking great too. dude more than earned his dad rap era that run is fucking unbelievable

I want to like that Kaytramine record, but I just find Amine a really meh rapper. He can rap, not denying that. His flow and tone just does nothing for me.

I agree with this. It's not technically bad at all, but there's like no personality there. I'm enjoying it as I start my morning, but months from now I feel like I'll only ever return to a song or two.

 

just finished my first listen of this kaytramine record and it rules. surprised people in here aren't feeling it. feels like a perfect summer album

 

at this point new billy woods is probably my favourite hip-hop since The Forever Story. A+ stuff

I really need to finally make the leap and get into Billy Woods. I've heard every Armand Hammer album but none of his own yet (yeah I know)

I actually really enjoyed the KAYTRAMINE album though

 

Armand Hammer are super good but woods' best solo stuff is in another league

 

It is a pain for me to say this but I feel like I set my expectations way to high for the Kaytramine album. I think there’s only a few songs I consider going back to.

I also think Kaytranda had better beats on the project he did with IDK.

 

I already forgot kaytramine exists lol

 

This is what happens when you get hit TV show money lol

 

It’s a really mid project where both of them could’ve added more personality.
