Ya $27 for shipping to California was quite the sticker shock. Had to go with the Hopeless version with $8 shipping even though the LPOE version is a little nicer.

there was a signed version on the Hopeless store that accidentally went up for sale last night. I got one but they pulled it down after 20 minutes

$85, total, for me as well...I'm stoked to finally own TGG but that hurts a little.

Awesome, thanks! I got a box set but I’d much rather just have the normal repress.

I love the B-side but I would not take it over either of those tracks.

Yeah I like those tracks better. I know it would cut out the obligatory slow/acoustic song but the only song I flat out dislike from TGG is Madelyn. I want to like it but I find it grating.

Also, I really hope that NCTH remaster happens. I don’t think I’ve ever listened to that album all the way through. Every time I’m like “it can’t sound as bad as I think it does,” I play it and I’m just floored that they actually released it. It sounds like it was recorded underwater lol.

An inconsequential shift as the continents drift.

I hate to be That Guy but if anyone decides to rip the bonus record for those of us without record players I would be very grateful. I've still never managed to get my hands on Citywide Special or any of the other bonus stuff from the last reissue

  19. This and then a Sister Cities remix/master in 2028 for that 10 year anniversary and I'd be sososo happy

I guess I'm glad I don't have the most attuned ears because NCTH and Sister Cities both sound fine to me.

The Blackest Beautiful and Death Magnetic have been the only times where I felt a master of a record was really off.

A little surprised to see Cardinals is their top song on Apple Music. Great song but thought it would be something off TGG or Suburbia.

it's too bad there was no digital release, vinyl to digital rips usually sound SO bad
