Have you always been always to stream purchased iTunes movies in iTunes w/o actually downloading the movie file?

I remember trying to do it a long time ago and I didn't see an option to just stream it.

Awesome! I should've tried that since I still have access to my college email too.

Not sure what type of subscription you bought, but if it was yearly wait until it ends and try it when you renew.

I was able to login to my main Microsoft account and add my college email as an alias, so everything linked through my main account.

After having the 12" MacBook, a few things stand out to me about it. a) the keyboard takes a slight adjustment at first, but I like it better than the scissor mechanism, b) I love having the speaker on top, because even though it's not a very high quality speaker, it makes the sound more vibrant and c) the weight and size is absolutely incredible. It feel more like a iPad Air with a keyboard attached, than an actual laptop. Holding it with one hand and typing with the other is NO problem at all.

Those 12" MacBooks look so damn great, too.

I still wish it was a little cheaper, about $1,100 and $1,300, but after using it I'm not upset at how much I paid. It's a fantastic option if you want an iPad, but need full computing capability.

Been hearing a lot of good things regarding the new iPad Pro. Apparently it's only slightly slower than the big one so guess the pro is a no brainer then now compared to getting any other iPad?

definitely agree on all of this. I wish I could afford one right now because it would be the ultimate companion to my iMac.

I'm a bit annoyed that I haven't been able to find a black nylon band in stores. I'm not opposed to ordering it but I'd rather get it and have it.

  12. Was going to pull the trigger on the watch, but rumors are slating the Watch 2 for September, not next Spring? If that's the case I'll wait.

Been wanting an iPad for ages, was hoping for Air 3, think I'll bite on the new Pro. Can't wait to read some comics on it!

The "Air 3" is really just the 9.7 Pro, but with a major upgrade, and excellent value.

Just dropping in to say that I've literally been searching the whole of my city to get an iPhone SE and apparently there are none in the UK atm (or maybe that's an exaggeration, but there are definitely none in London). Amazing.

I would almost expect a new Watch announcement in September, release in spring. But I'm also probably wrong. If you're wanting one, get it. You won't regret it.

Do or do not, there is no try.

That's crazy if there are none in London. The store up here in Edinburgh had a whole table dedicated to the SE when I passed today.

  17. iPad Air 2 or iPad Pro 9.7

I basically just want it for drawing with 53's Paper and standard boring tablet stuff, nothing performance heavy. Clearly the Pro would be better, but would it be better enough for the price difference?

How much storage do you need?

  19. Enough for apps, basically. I wont be storing music or tons of photos on it or anything. I'd prefer at least 32, but I wonder if I could get by with the Air 2's 16. (Clearly I'm a cheapskate).

I'd pay the money and go with the 32GB Pro. It's only $599, and if you needed more than 16GB you'd have to pay $499 for the Air 2. Also, the Pro supports the Apple Pencil, so that's something to consider especially since you wanting it specifically for drawing.

Had a dream last night where I bought a gold ipad pro 9.7 with a red case.

I have never really thought about buying an ipad, I've never considered any of their gold products, and I don't usually dig red.

I woke up feeling lost without it. I want one sooo bad now! That's amazing advertisement. swayed me from 0% to 100% literally overnight.

  22. If I decide to go with the Pro, then I feel like I'll want to get the 12, you know? Go big or go home and whatnot.

Thinking about getting a MacBook 2 when they are released also. Really need a USB port though, honestly. So unless they are wildly cheaper than the pro I will go with a pro. USB port is likely going to be a deal breaker for me.

Main reason I haven't gotten a MacBook already is because the pro is the same price and has much better specs. Makes no sense to me.

While you don't get the performance of the larger iPad Pro, the 9.7-inch is a better device. The True Tone display, the form factor, a better experience overall that you can take everywhere...it's hot.

Base model MacBook is 256GB at $1,299. That same storage for the Pro is $1,499.
