yeah and the fact that the falcons GM has signed like 20 former Bears players and coaches, you have to think Pace has had a hand in that

I think it’s mostly amplified by the fact that the Bears have been a hot mess at kicker since he left and he is beloved by the city. basically he had one half of a bad season and they cut ties with him. Meanwhile Robbie now has a better % in the 8 years post-Chicago than his did here. Robbie lives in Chicago in the off-season and his family lives here full time. He wanted to stay with the Bears, wanted to retire here.
