It’s absolutely heinous. I’d almost rather he get Miro treatment then some how getting him in a stop start feud with Keith Lee for a year and hiring a bunch of TJ Maxx goon squad members

Miro's a funny comparison, his original gimmick he cooked up was even worse than what Swerve is doing now...and then he found The Redeemer angle. Sometimes having creative freedom can be its own burden.

Though Im gonna forever die laughing that AEW is taking two of the greatest babyface promos in wrestling history (Mox, Danielson), pairing them together as heels, and it working. And now they've given them one of the best heel promos in the business as a manager, presumably...as if they needed any help after their previous manager, also one of the best heel promos in the business, left.

I was working with the show on my phone in the background & was wondering why they were freaking out over Fenix walking the barricade. Totally forgot they switched to the thin gates that are basically a park fence. Unreal.

Sorry, I was referring to TD Garden in Boston (we often call it just the Garden in the northeast, so I understand the confusion with MSG.) They also had exclusivity with WWE for a period of time. Realistically, AEW could've been booking there a year or more ago because the Agganis shows were doing full sell outs with a healthy secondary market.

It's funny they're moving to TD now, though, given that attendance has fallen in the area since April of last year.

It's almost like there's a big time Boston-area debut they could do.

One that'd make them a lot of mon-ey.

is punk under the impression he's coming back as a face. he should be leaning into the heel stuff or people are going to get tired of him quickly.

not in chicago, but he can absolutely get booed everywhere else, especially if he plays it the right way. the audience, for the most part, understands what happened and i think the majority have probably come down on the side that punk is hard to work with and had unsettled things backstage. i just don't think they should be pretending that isn't the case, and if they act like nothing happened then it's just gonna come across phony. the money is in punk being the bad guy and he's dumb if he doesn't recognize that. it also keeps him away from the title picture for the time being, which he shouldn't be involved with.

I don’t know how some of y’all don’t love FTR and especially Dax. The man is wholesome.

I mean, this is an infinitely better idea than a Jericho feud; and Joe is so damn good that he’ll get Punk cheered everywhere. And assuming Jericho also ends up on collision… which means Adam Cole will as well…Punk v Cole would be the perfect way to turn punk.

If the man simply ran a podcast watching old Bret and FTR matches and talking family, he’d be the most beloved dude on the roster. It’s the constantly bringing up drama that turned people on him…and the podcast being over is a blessing for them
