Pacific coast highway is a great drive

Las vegas to LA through death valley is great

Almost anywhere in Europe is great

 

Speed limit is like 85 so you've got semis doing 100 and cause of geography, if there's a storm on one side of the valley, you'll get random AGGRESSIVE gusts.

Y’all got me Jones-ing to go on tour again.

I loved the fuck out of every tour I went on, even the times when I was broke and had very little merch and probably shouldn’t have done it lol

And for me the drives & the random stops & the days spent walking around new cities were half the fun

I had been dating my now-fiance for like 5 months when my roommate and I planned a trip to florida for a few months down the road. I invited her, but it was a little early in the relationship so she said no. By the time we went to Florida she was like "wow wish i could have gone" so we ended up going to Padre for a few days over New Year's

it was like, 50 degrees and rainy the whole time. The turtle sanctuary place was the best part honestly

I went to South Padre Island for a marching band trip and when we got to our rooms there was a chef's knife sticking out of the wall

I don't remember the hotel we stayed at but I legit think it was the first day their kitchen had ever used an air fryer because they gave us these shitty flour-y chicken strips, it sucked so bad

I've only been to London a couple of times, once as an adult, but honestly the best thing about London is the tube system, meaning you're never far from anywhere. Last time I stayed in Wembley (literally over the road from the stadium), and there's a tube station like 2 minutes away. Really easy just doing hop on, hop off and used it as a base to explore from. I'd recommend Camden for drinks. We mainly did a lot of museums on the days we weren't at the NFL game.

 

I had a lot of fun in Pittsburgh. Loved the downtown area. Seeing Heinz Field and PNC Park was really cool, I love the on the water view from them, wish I could’ve went to a game while there.

 

Had to go to Salt Lake City several times for work, but drove a few hours out of the city and that was damn scenic.
