Watched Livid just recently. Some cool ideas and really cool (kinda out of place) homages to Suspiria and Halloween 3 oddly enough. Overall, it didn't stick the landing and was just fine. A definite step down from Inside.

I need to check out The Guest again.

 

Every Halloween, I intend to watch The Guest and yet, still haven't seen it.
