This is the question. I don’t want to be burnt out on six songs before the album comes out

 

I am also torn. I think listening to 3 or 4 songs between now and when the album is out won’t be too bad. Especially if I don’t listen to them a ton, like I have with “edging.” But that’s cuz that shit came out like 6 months ago haha.

 

I think that sort of thing has and is going to continue beocme a lot more commonplace in a world where streaming is king, so we should probably all get used to it haha

 

Not technically fall, but that placeholder date of August 31st from those preorder emails wouldn’t be far off from that anyway. So it wouldn’t surprise me.

I believe it. Definitely would prefer it not to be this way, but I won't be able to help myself. If there are 15, 16 songs having 4 or so out isn't that big of a deal. I love the idea that Tom is just out there spilling the beans to fans at restaurants.

 

June 2nd should most definitely come along with album info, track list, further preorders. ~3 month build up/promo

 

If the plan is to release one single a month until the album drop, there is zero chance I will be able to avoid them. No point in even trying.

 

I also sorta low key think that post doesn’t really take much to guess at haha, like we all could probably guess fall as the release date and releasing 3-4 pre released songs is a normal number.

The last blink-related merch I bought was one of those “Hi My Name Is Mark” octopus shirts.

The shirt was great, but I’m an idiot and didn’t realize when I bought it that it said “Hi My Name Is Mark” pretty prominently across the top….

….and considering my name really is Mark, it was tacky as fuck. I only wore it a few times because of all of the comments I got about it. Did not think that one through lol
