So Travis' drum riser rotates periodically throughout the set, but the stage layout itself stays the same.

Sometimes Mark moved his mic stand to face the corners of the arena behind him, but only for about 3 songs. Tom stayed in the same place for the whole set.

Did any audiophiles in the room last night notice if they were using pitch correction? Its kinda hard to tell from the videos. I know mark and tom sounded amazing regardless, was just curious if they had any “help”.

    Questions:
-Did they address Skiba at all/make any comments about Cynical/BTD?
-Any experience write ups for pit vs floor seating vs bowl seating? I have pit for the Baltimore show but wondering if I get pit for the DC show leading up to it
-Mark said he told Tom people liked Cynical/BTS, but did anyone ask HIM HOW HE LIKED IT?!

I'm trying my best to avoid certain spoilers so I haven't watched any live footage

  6. I’m assuming Mark has Matt’s studio vocals in his in-ear monitors, so he probably didn’t even really notice at the show how Tom did on those songs haha.

Oh I meant like did Tom like playing those songs. I was being semi-facetious though

That was the best Bored to Death and Ghosts on the Dancefloor have ever sounded live.

They should've always been playing BTD a step down, even with Matt. It fits Mark's range better just as much as it does Tom's.

"EDGING" was down, too, and it sounded great in that range.

Tom RIPPED through cynical. I imagine as they play it more and more, he will make it his own, but it sounded fantastic.

Bored to death was a little rougher, but he did it well. The crowd is really into it, which I’m sure will help his own enthusiasm to learn it, and put his own spin on it. But for how sloppy his singing and guitar playing was near the end of their last run, it was honestly an excellent performance.

Watched the vids of the Neighborhoods and California stuff and I’m here for it. The guys sound better than ever, can’t wait to see this live.

Huh, that's pretty cool. I hadn't noticed that. They just played it in the original key both times at Coachella so that's pretty surprising that they decided to change it now.

Does anyone have a rip of the full Coachella Weekend 2 set that they'd like to share? I was traveling that week and wasn't able to watch.

They play Edging so god damn well live. This is so good!

I feel like even with AVA, Tom is able to sing his more recent material really well. He nails Kiss & Tell / Euphoria. Almost makes me wish we would get to hear some other new songs as I bet they’ll sound awesome live too.

Looking forward to actually appreciating seeing Blink live in 10 days. Not going to lie, last (and only) time i saw them in 2009, I was the drunkest I have ever been at a show. I have basically no recollection of it whatsoever.

Is Tom completely facing the side of the stage the entire performance?

Very much against the “shut up and enjoy the ride” mentality.

It is, in fact, possible to simultaneously enjoy something and be critical of some aspects of that same thing.

    Naked in Manhattan.

Just looks that way from the diamond shaped stage. I did think it was fun in CYNICAL when Mark sings on the opposite side with Tom, and they turn Travis around, making it look like he's in timeout. lol.

  24. they didn’t say anything about Matt. At some point, Mark made a comment about Tom that was like “everybody say hi to dad who came back” lol

GOTDF live kinda bums me out… because it makes you realize how grossly under-produced or off the mix is, on the bridge especially…

Could’ve sounded so much better on the record…
