7 years ago I went to see K**** W*** and a week or so before the show, ticket prices dropped significantly. I called to ask if I could relocate my seats because I paid double for worse seats and they wouldn't let me, BUT they did let me cancel my order and just purchase new.

So if you can't upgrade, maybe that's an option?
