I put Vionic shoe inserts into just about all of my shoes these days. I thought it'd be super weird having them in my running shoes, but once I got going I couldn't even tell. Absolutely 100% recommend Vionic for plantar fasciitis going forward!! They have changed my quality of life for the better, and hopefully they will for you, too.
