Jameson was two weeks under as well, he turned out okay. A little small at birth but he’s a chonker now!

As someone said, you really need to be forceful with kid stuff. We had to really push for an ER referral for him the week before he was born due to a drop in movement…which is like the number one indicator something is wrong that late in the game

Thank you. It’s making me feel more at ease. I just hate how cold they were about it. Felt like we were doing something wrong. Definitely need to start being more forceful asking questions.

Anyone got any suggestions for activities good for a 6 month old that are outside of the house, but inside since it’s raining tomorrow?

Do you have a public library near? There tends to be story time and like activities for varying age ranges

Check out some libraries to see if they're having a children's storytime. Usually they'll have toys and stuff for the kids to get into. Six months is early so I assume Milo isn't crawling yet?

Our go-to with friends or just with the kiddo is a brewery. Lots around here are big, ton of space, and at least in my area are all kids friendly now. It seems silly, but that's our most common outing. I even brought a portable mat a few weeks ago and we had three kids crawling around with their toys outside at a brewery

If you have a children's museum or science center nearby they usually have an area for small children only with lots of sensory activities and/or padded blocks and such. also check your library for discounted admission to the museums

Shots are rough, but teething was worse for us. He's got 8 teeth and just hit 9 months. That's too many teeth and too much painful teething.

Same. My youngest has only 2 bottom teeth that have come through and he’s 15 months. The other teeth have been slowly penetrating and he’s not having it anymore

My 5-year-old tried getting in the tub last night before I realized she po*ped in her pants... And then I caught our pug licking the underwear before I could finish wiping her. FUN TIMES.

  19. my daughter is seeing Taylor Swift tonight and I'm not, so this is also a tough phase

Teeth somehow never phased our daughter, she's 16 months and never once showed any discomfort even though she has a ton of them

Lol so Milo’s made the move to the crib which is awesome. But he’s also decided he’s a face sleeper now which is terrifying lol
