I think they’re happy with one win in NY out of the first two and decided to give him off. I don’t think he even got his ankle taped before coming back in on Sunday so it’s probably fine. If he’s not back by game 3 in Miami I’ll be surprised.

I’m not aware of what warranted this post but considering there are very few women in mainstream sports reporting, this post sucks.

yeah i mean, my post was 110% not a condemnation of woman writers and journalists in sports, if my knee jerk reaction to the post and slight attempt at a quick jab was received that way, thats on me to own and do better and i always appreciate you calling out posts like that.

i just dont particularly think she is very good at what she does, her brand of narrative story chasing/reporting and flip flopping depending on what afternoon espn show shes appearing on is just not for me. the point stands though that plenty of male reporters do this as well and i think the same of them staring directly at you jj reddick.

 

I appreciate the reply. I wasn’t saying it as a condemnation but I just feel like male reporters clearly do the same thing and I rarely see reactions to the same regard. It’s more of a haha they suck thing for people like Schefter, so I just felt it was a little much.
