In the last few years there have been two major incidents and they were at the second-rate theme parks that exist on the outskirts of Disney and Universal. There is too much money at stake to let anyone get hurt.

We always tell friends or family that visit Florida to treat all fresh bodies of water as if they’ve got gators in it, even the ones you think couldn’t possibly have them.

The special district is one of the rare win-wins. The local citizens don't have to pay all of the heavy taxes for Disney's roads and systems and Disney got to do mostly what they wanted. Of course DeSantis would interfere.
