That’s positive. I’ve just turned it on and was fearing the worst.

 

I like that it’s easy to watch the early rounds but it’s disappointing to see the semis on streaming only.

 

Solid win over Atleti. 1-0 is the new Barca score line it seems.

Flipped over to the FA Cup. Really loving the Brighton storyline this season.

 

Antony is a different player since he's started using his right foot

 

Feels like we need some sort of mitoma magic to sneak out a win.

 

It’s so funny to me that refs let players take throws from about 10 yards further up the field from where they should be taken

 

Welbeck going off injured against United in 2023 is something I never thought I'd see happen.

 

Insane that Brighton haven't had a booking

 

Brighton have done the same fouls Case and Shaw were booked for a few times and nothing. It’s mad.

 

I’m amazed at caicedo and estupinan’s abilities to somehow not get booked more than they do.

 

Antony puts in a serious shift.

 

Casemiro got sent off for less than that

Considering it’s so makeshift, United’s defence has done really well.

 

Uggggh extra time isn’t ideal.

Yeah. No major scares really been very happy with them. Full backs have done decently going forward when they had the rare chance too. We definitely need to replace Maguire in the summer.

 

I’d say Wan Bissaka should be replaced too. He’s good at the back but he just doesn’t offer anywhere near enough going forward I think. Good for a game like today though, where injuries mean that you need stability.

 

This is the least threatening we’ve looked offensively in a long time. Miss Ferguson up front too, especially with extra time.

 

Undav is not looking good, no wonder he’s third choice. First touch as delicate as a freight train there.

 

Fred really need for learn to go towards the ball ffs.

Oh yeah, we do need a right back. Linked with a couple alright. Maguire is more of a problem in my view though because he’s a defensive liability. The main reason we play better with any other two centre backs is he’s the only one that will fly forward 5 yards out of position and get caught on the turn. It happens half a dozen times a game, Shaw just did it there a minute ago but for the most part the backline has held together well.

 

To be honest we probably at least one player in every position in the pitch. Either as a first choice or a decent rotation option. Our squad is terrible.
