if theyre actively mailing stuff out to people seemingly promoting a new song (or more), i'd say its not something that theyre just gonna debut live at one of their shows. seems reasonable (at this point) to assume we are close to a single and album announcement. if they did indeed hit the studio right after wrapping their fall tour, it would stand to reason the album is done and ready to go. late summer/early fall release still on the table?

Saw that Kelsey, who did their return announcement photos, was looking for extras for a music video being filmed in Jersey today. Had a hunch but now it seems pretty likely.

July would be a perfect month for new Gaslight, just saying. As would be August. Those summer months hit different.

 

My uneducated guess, with them hitting B markets on this summer tour, is that they're going to be doing a larger fall tour with a Riot Fest stop. Album either in August/September or during the tour in October.

I've loved that song Halloween passionately since hearing it live for the first time that day.

 

I hope they skip Cleveland and come to Cincy. But I know better than to get my hopes up.

Yeah I could definitely see single/album announcement coming right before or during this b market tour which wraps up in May, then have album out somewhere end of July-August, to then do a major city fall tour for new album.

Something along that path makes sense. Either way, still can’t believe we’re getting another Gaslight album.

 

I'll be there for Night 1 and Night 3 of this tour and cannot wait, will report back!

 

I was texting with my cousin who used to tech for them and still does a lot of their merch design and he said he thinks it'll be fall when the new album drops. Doesn't sound like a definite thing though.
