It just took me a while to get around to! Haha, KevDev and Jimmy have been taking up all my attention. I'm liking it, only about halfway thru so far. I knew it would be weird and different but this is even weirder and more different than I expected haha. For a Walk is a bit too much for me rn, but everything else I've liked. Call It Losing Touch might be my favorite

Very big on the final four song stretch. "For A Walk" is the only song I didn't fully enjoy on first spin.

Just started my first listen. Midnight Zone is a mix of the band's sound, Foxing and Radiohead. So that makes me already excited for the rest of the album.

interesting. ive seen that posted a few times but i just had to check what song i was on i was really grooving and it was that one. Midnight zone and for a walk are the stand outs to me so far.

The first two songs on this are fantastic. The bridge at the end of "Spinning" is subtle yet incredibly effective

I didn't love Spinning when it was released as a single but in context I think it's great

Loam is a good song, but not a very good closer. Nothing all that final about it.

Sometimes I get a bit annoyed at the blatant 90s grundge melodies. I really love the instrumentation here and love the record but does that one flaw that I find bother anyone else?

i do get annoyed by that. I do find that they did it more before than now. I found a bunch of neat melodies in the new record.

Do they annoy you because you feel they are repeats of what you've heard before or you just don't like that style?

Probably a little bit of both. Growing up in 90s I wasn't a huge grundge guy. But they also feel recycled.. sometimes they make me think of bands like puddle of mud which isn't something I want to think about

Yes there are some cooler newer parts on here for sure

Also want to add that I know that it's more of a nod to nirvana and better grunge bands

This album is really great. It's nice to see them branch out and expand on their sound.

On my first listen and the background screams on "For A Walk" caught ya boi by surprise.
