I just really have this feeling we’re getting another single and announcement soon before the tour starts, I’m just impatient as fuck and need it now lol

 

Why do the joke songs bother people so much? I never understood the hate, it's just 30 seconds who cares?

 

Eh it’s not that they bother me. I still laugh and sing along to them. But to me they take up space in a live set or album. Especialy live. If you cut out happy holidays and family reunion, you could get another full song on the set.

 

As someone who likes the title track, having California end with Travis drumming his butt off and then being like "nah THIS is how the album is going to end" is annoying


Then again I feel like a hypocrite since it also annoys me that Spotify got rid of the dog drinking piss after "I'm Sorry" soooo

 

To me they kill the flow of an album, and they feel forced. I didn’t mind them as much as hidden tracks on TOYPAJ, but never liked them as part of a proper album

 

I don’t even really consider Happy Holidays a joke song. I know by definition it probably is, but it feels more fleshed out than the others and closer to a regular track that just has ridiculous lyrics lol

 

idk how this dude got it up, even the smallest clips I try to put up are immediately blocked. Gotta be edited in some way

 

He has notifications pop up from messages occasionally maybe that throws them off?

 

Can’t get over how good Mark sounds during the ,,No Scrubs” lol….you could tell me it’s from 1999 and I’d believe you.And then the whole outro and Tom’s stance while he’s shredding….LOVE LOVE LOVE!

 

Man I wish they would officially release that show in some way. They haven’t had a live album in over 20 years.

The Coachella set is nice because it has video, but I wouldn’t mind audio from a couple of different shows spliced together on this tour since the sets are going to be longer than that one.

I am completely content without new music or announcements for a bit. Would be nice to know while on tour and it would be cool to have two new songs in the set, but I am confident they are very close to being done and bringing the heat at the end. It bummed me out when the new AVA album was 75% of the way released when the entire thing dropped. Give us one more single and an album announcement within 2 months of release whenever that may be.

Give us the press and interviews! Would love to get a couple of hours of accumulated interviews and storytelling about getting back together and hyping this album.

Down has always ripped, but this was the best its sounded live maybe ever. It is my Darkhorse pick for the best Blink video of all time. I love it so much.

Oh I didn't realize that like barely any of NINE was ever played live. Didn't they tour during that release? Weird.

 

IIRC it essentially became the Enema 20 year tour. That album never got a “proper” tour.

 

Probably never will now, doubt they play any Skiba-era songs with Tom back.
