I just watched the episode last night where her Pon Farr gets artificially induced and she is trying to fuck everyone the entire episode lol.

 

I might regret committing to this " I will just watch the story arc episodes " thing. Literally all of Enterprise season 3 is story arc stuff..

 

Yep. And season four had a bunch of multi-episode arcs

 

Also staring in season 3 they slightly alter the theme music so it isn't as good now!

This is the second episode in a row they did a fake out ending like that. They’re setting my expectations pretty high for a big reveal.

 

I’m pretty sure when they destroyed Vadic’s ship the music borrowed the theme from the Abrams movies, which was odd but it’s catchy so no complaints from me

 

Every theory I am reading says the reveal with either be something to do with Locutus and the Borg or something to so with Soong/Augments/Khan

 

The voice sounded a little like the Borg queen but I’m not sure how that would work

 

My theory was the pah wraiths. Mostly because of the red eyes, and the ds9 callbacks this season. But that would be a pretty big deep cut in that last few episodes of a show that’s about Picard. But might afford us a sisko moment.

 

The possession aspect would make sense too in that case

They acknowledge the Pah Wraith theory too, but also say at this point it would feel shoehorned in if they went that route.

 

Honestly I’ll probably be happy no matter what it is. The show and cast have blown away any expectations I had for this season

 

I would like to see Trek do what Star Wars just did with the timeline branding stuff.

We know as of right now there are technically 4 eras ( 5 if you count the Kelvin timeline ) in which Star Trek projects take place, I would like to see them make that official. Also I want new projects set in the 22nd Century Enterprise era, give me Earth-Romulan War or early days of the Federation/President Archer stuff.

 

knew it had to do with the Borg/Locutus. These new organic Borg are super creepy. A little weird how we didn't see the Borg Queen's face...here is idea that I am just throwing out there..what if this Borg Queen is the old alt timeline Janeway from Endgame?

 

The Borg queen voice definitely sounded like Alice Krige, but maybe she didn’t want to return on screen? Or they are saving that reveal for next week.

 

Regardless of all the bad shit that went down in episode 9. The last 5 minutes was just everything. So many feelings, such an awesome moment.

Also new data with Lore integrated is a trip!

 

Am I wrong in thinking that was a total retcon of last season? I can’t find anyone talking about it, so it’s possible I’m misremembering, but I was kind of thrown

 

The Borg queen from last season is from the other universe.

 

Ahh, got it, thanks. I think I’d have to rewatch it to fully understand but I’d forgotten that was how that arc all began.

 

Enterprise is great and skipping the non arc stuff is the worst.

 

My strategy for binging Star Trek is watching all the arc stuff all together first and saving the non-arc episodes for whenever. I'm not really skipping them, I'm saving them.

Majority of Enterprise, especially the last two seasons is story arc stuff so I am not missing a lot.

 

My theory of the a reveal/twist they could do in the finale must not be as out there as I thought because I see a bunch of other people on Twitter that had the same theory. Still is a long shot though lol.
