It’s always really nice to hear KC’s voice, and she sounds as good as ever here. Her melodies consistently feel familiar right off the bat, like something I’ve spent years instinctively humming along to. The song doesn’t really stand out to me beyond all that unfortunately, but I’m excited to hear more

 

It’s cool, could easily be a follow up song on saved.

It looks like it’s self-released so it’s probably a case of seeing how this song or subsequent songs do. No idea really, but yeah, maybe not surprising when you consider it’s a self-release.

 

It’s good! I wouldn’t say I’m blown away but it sounds like a Saved cut which isn’t a bad thing. I love how the final chorus expands into the outro. I’m excited to see what else see has in store.

 

I don't know how much Brad contributed to song writing in NN, so will be interested to see how different the album ends up being (assuming one comes, if not an EP).

I spoke to Alex Lahey a few days ago, and she said Threads really influenced her (excellent) new album. That was cool to hear

 

That’s super exciting! Alex Lacey has always been a “like not love” for me, some Threads influence could really push her there

 

Curious to know what NN has in store if kc’s solo stuff sounds kinda similar to Saved

Really really cool. I didn’t know Kelly singing on her own show was a thing but I guess it is haha. Apparently she’s covered Death Cab, Paramore, Blink, My Chem, and Charli XCX among like a bazillion others
