Would be pretty funny if Guy Ritchie has two movies that didn’t exist in the same if “The Covenant” bombs.

 

this is a weird one that was supposed to come out like 2 years ago right?

 

Guy Ritchie was on top of the world twenty years ago. How times have changed.

 

yeah the villains were Ukranian apparently so they held back the release for like a year

 

His movies are still fun but forgettable now

 

does anyone know why the covenant is actually called GUY RITCHIE'S The Covenant

 

Because there are several other Covenant movies, including a hilariously bad one about like vampire teens.

 

i guess that makes more sense than i figured. sounds like it's gonna be the black sheep of his catalog

 

Worse than Swept Away?

 

forgot about that (and i wasn't trying to say covenant is worse), it's moreso that this is gonna likely gonna be the most removed from everything else in terms of his personal style from what i've seen a few people say. even aladdin has some of his weird editing choices

 

I saw that teen vampire covenant and liked it when I was in like 6th grade lol

 

Operation Fortune was fun. Not peak-tier Ritchie, but a fun time nonetheless.

 

I remember seeing this with an ex-girlfriend but don’t remember much about it. I think I own it on iTunes because it was a part of some 10 movies for $20 bundle

 

Holy shit I saw this and completely forgot about it

 

If this had come out 5 years later then it might have been a success as a 21 Jump Street-esque tongue in cheek action comedy.

 

This is one of maaaaaaybe ten movies I've ever given a 1/10.

 

It's much closer to his vibe in The Man from U.N.C.L.E., which is a fantastic and underrated movie. This one is...pleasant.

 

What inspired every production company to simultaneously start making movies about the creation of products like this?

 

According to Doughboys that story is apocryphal too, so what's the point?
