Crazy how not too long ago this venue was limited to only 5 shows per summer, and the performers had to be family friendly.

This summer's lineup is so stacked! Makes me wish I didnt move out of Forest Hills back in 2020 lol.
It's gonna be a bloodbath but I'd like to try for Strokes tickets.

 

Wait, I thought it was Atom Willard?

 

Atom Willard would be a phenomenal choice from all angles. I saw him drum in a small space (~150 cap room in a brewery) for the first time over the weekend and it really highlighted how aggressively he plays. LOL

 

they need to stop calling these Mr Bungle shows, it’s just thrash covers and the demo record.

 

This might not even apply to anyone in this thread but just in case I’m not the only central Indiana person here-

it looks like the student radio station at IU is hosting a little fest near the fountain. Inner Peace and Pat & the Pissers are very buzzy punk/hardcore bands in the Indianapolis scene right now. Weird that it’s just now getting announced but I’m sure there will still be decent turnout.

 

He would be a phenomenal choice. I could see Grohl choosing him because of his punk roots (especially his history with RFTC)

 

East coast/Midwest Hobo Johnson dates popping up

Will finally see B&C in a club; Cloud Nothings and Ultra Q is nice, and Angel Olsen is always great live.

I think it’s gonna be a full U.S. tour. A Santa Ana date just popped up

 

So many shows announced today, so little of them I actually know. Not sure if I need to keep up or it's more people

 

Wow, did he really fall, or is this a “purposefully intimate shows” sort of thing?

He’s playing the Constellation Room in Santa Ana which is ~300 cap. The first time he ever played here he sold out the Anaheim HOB which is ~2,000

 

Not sure. Not really very familiar with his career tbh, but I know the Toronto venue listed here is about 350 cap or so

Underoath/TGI/WCAR/new band consisting of Jordan Buckley, Goose, Steve Micciche and singer () being announced next Monday. Along with that new band’s first single

 

this new band has a big big hill to climb, I’d imagine it will be very similar to Wovenwar, where a lot of people don’t even give them a shot cause they want ETID.

and because let’s be honest,people will just be waiting for the inevitable reunion

I think he was accused of something (stealthing, maybe?) and the other person came out and said it wasn't true. I feel like after the air was cleared, he made a post about how this shouldn't change anyone's opinion of SA victims and we should believe them, which if true, was actually kinda cool?

 

I wouldn’t imagine 1) he would want to test the waters first to see if there is still a fan base 2) artists do this a lot because they get bonuses for selling out and then it guarantees the next tour they can do bigger rooms as apposed to doing a 2k and it being half full
