Yeah this is super interesting so far.

 

After sitting with this for a while, it's hitting me the same way SRAR did in a good way. Some great highs here, but falls slightly flat for me from So Good Right Now > Baby Annihilation and then finishes pretty strong. I've enjoyed hearing this on shuffle on my walks to work and very happy with it overall!

 

I'm really loving this album. I really don't think there's anything I don't like. My favorites are Fake Out, Flu Game, What a Time To Be Alive, and honestly So Good Right Now

 

Haven’t had time to read the thread, just stopping by to say “Fake Out” is the best song in their discography.

 

Took a break from this for about a week. Listening again now and happy to report it still rules

 

Thought maybe I wasn’t all that into this album after my initial hype, finally gave it a spin again now that the sun is shining, and I was wrong. This is amazing

 

So Good Right Now makes me want to drink an ice cream float in a 50s diner

 

Yeah that songs fun. That’s the same way I feel when I listen to “Meet Me on the Roof” by GD.

 

Flu Game is one of the best songs they’ve ever done

I don’t hate the song but I wouldn’t put Flu Game anywhere near my top songs

 

I think Flu Game is my 6th or 7th favorite song on this album ha. I like the song. Buuuuut, c'mon.

I think people confuse "their favorite song" with the best song. Not the same thing.

Part of the beauty of music and all, there are no correct rankings.

But, Thanks for the Memories and Sugar We're Going Down are the only songs that have tread as their "best song", IMO.

Fourth of July is prob my favorite non obvious one.
