I want to see The Forecast so badly, nothing even remotely close to IL unfortunately.

I would’ve never guessed the California spot would be Lake Tahoe. But that sounds like a fun weekend getaway, if that lineup is like the ones for other states

  6. They're probably in play for Riot Fest (as are a lot of bands on the Iowa Is For Lovers lineup, I think).

I wonder if Thrice is gonna do an Artist In The Ambulance album play at those shows, or if it’ll just be a regular set

Was not expecting this to be hitting up the ampitheater here in MA. Double-curious as to what the line-up is now...

I cannot imagine how the OBX for lovers fest will sell. Manteo isn't exactly easy to get to lol

are we still lucky to be here? Prestigious

Do not care whatsoever about any of the support acts other than Bayside, but OBX is for lovers might be worth the trip for Thrice especially if they're doing an Artist set.

Cincinnati lineup's fun, but I don't think I need to travel for it.

Goddamn Forecast is going to get me to go to Iowa. I got a tattoo from Shannon last year, absolutely great person. Wish there was more info about it being two days

I did Aquabats in SF to TSL in Pomona back to back in my Youth. 10/10, wouldn't recommend, my eyes almost burned off from staring at the road for too many hours

I don't know how long these drives y'all are talking about are but I feel like once you are going beyond 2-3 hours, that's too far.

I’ve done 4-5 before. But that was for blink-182, again for taking back Sunday, and then last years IFL fest

It's all relative to your location, really. Here in Maine, it's not uncommon to have to travel 3+ if you want to see who you want to see. Bands come through here, but if it's not a B-market tour, it's not happening, so Boston it is. With that said, Boston/Mansfield is usually my limit. I'm willing to go further if it's something I absolutely cannot miss, but the odds of that happening are relatively slim.

That's fair. I'm spoiled in that 99% of the shows I want to see are a mere subway ride (thus why I complain when I have to go out to NJ, LI or CT for something via train).

You’re either willing to go out of your way or you’re not. I don’t live in a major metropolitan area, so driving 2-3 hours is average for shows. I didn’t go to a lot of stuff for like 10 years, now I’m tired of missing out and after losing my best friend at 34 my priorities are drastically different, I’ll spend the money and take the time if I think it’s worth it.

My parents have a beach house in Nags Head, I'll have to see if it's booked that weekend lol
