Wow. Finally an album that can consume me completely. Been a while. It's magic!

 

The key change in Insomnia and the way After The Magic dies out in the last 40 seconds were my favourite moments on first listen.

Some great songs here.

 

Never listened to this artist before but this is super cool. Not really heard much that sounds like this before and the fact I understand none of the lyrics adds to the kind of ethereal atmosphere for me.

 

The last one never clicked for me, but I'm halfway through this and really enjoying it.

 

Still listening to this a lot. My favorite album this year by a long shot. When I was listening today, Insomnia reminded me of Mae for some reason I can’t quite put my finger on.

 

The piano part is extremely Mae-like.

Also it's hard to overstate how much I appreciate Parannoul. I've been a fan since Let's Walk on the Path of a Blue Cat came out and for me they are the defining artist of this decade and To See the Next Part of the Dream and After the Magic are the only two albums I've rated 10/10 in the past ten years.

I really really hope I can see them play at some point.

haven’t listened yet so i’m not sure if it’s the same recording

got mine as well, was surprised to see it mostly white instead of blue but it still looks good

 

i like the way it turned out -- it looks like the blue part is turning to dust

 

yeah I feel like that fits the album perfect
