I've been searching for a condo to buy and it hasn't been going well, so limited with anything in my price range, and doesn't help I live in an expensive area to begin with. It's wild seeing how much cheaper units in the same development were selling just like a year ago with what's going on the market now.

Welp, about 400 students left early because of this. almost half our school. I would assume it's at least half if that number wasn't including kids that were already absent or whose parents got here and saw the cop cars and said nope
