I think I’m leaning on this being my fav track.

Maybe I'm just being a contrarian at this point lol but Candy Necklace being nuzzled between the interludes just makes it feel so special, it feels like such a dramatic moment. It's my new favorite, I can't get it out of my head

the Jon Batiste interlude feels like a proper extension/second half of Candy Necklace. as much as I despise Judah Smith, both interludes keep side B from dragging on.

Ya it kind of feels like one whole moment, I mean the Jon Batiste is clearly an extension of it, but I feel like the Judah Smith thing is kind of leading into it too. And ya I don't really think it's meant to be an endorsement of him. I listen to it just to hear Lana giggle

Margaret is quite the tune, that’s become my new favorite too. I skip the interludes and tbh with any new album I usually progress to a level where I listen to only a few select songs, Fishtail, Paris, Taco truck, Margaret, and Fingertips are those songs for me now

I change my mind, the Grants is amazing and works very well as an opener

And congrats to Lana he seems relatively "normal", so that's good lol

Anyway, “Peppers”, “Margaret”, “Let the Light In” and all the pre release singles are my favorites. It’s a great fucking record. Easily her 2nd best behind NFR for me.
